ACADS-BSG has launched its new Support Desk facility in a move to provide greater value to all our software users. The Support Desk will assist in the modernisation of applications for ACADS-BSG, and as the data is collected over time, it will create an extensive knowledge base for our users.
ACADS-BSG users now only need to use the ‘SUPPORT’ link in the main menu above to submit a support ticket with a specialised agent who will provide the user with a response within one business day.
Creating more flexibility and a smoother user experience for the ACADS-BSG suite of solutions is the primary goal for our team and you can expect more benefits to your membership as we progress further on this journey together.
