CAMEL⁺ DA09 4th Edition Updates - ACADS-BSG

The long-awaited 4th Edition of the AIRAH DA09 Air Conditioning Load Estimation and Psychrometrics Manual is scheduled to arrive today! The DA09 is the technical manual that details the Carrier Method for load estimation, which is the method CAMEL⁺ is based on.

The 4th Edition update includes changes such as LED lighting and adjustments to heat loads from people, as well as the latest set of design conditions based on Bureau of Meteorology weather data from 2000 – 2021.

Stay tuned for the update to CAMEL⁺ incorporating all these changes.

The user interface for HYENA⁺ is much cleaner and more user friendly than the UI used for the original HYENA program. This makes the experience more enjoyable, easy, and less taxing when using the program for long periods of time. Moving to a cloud based platform has improved the overall performance of the software.
