CAMEL⁺ Introductory Workshop #1 - ACADS-BSG

A final reminder that our CAMEL⁺ webinar workshop is on tomorrow, Wednesday 22nd February, from 10:00AM AEDT! Please be sure to check your time zone!

This workshop consists of an introduction to the CAMEL⁺ heat load calculation software, and the training content has been designed to suit new CAMEL⁺ users, graduate engineers, and HVACR technicians. More experienced users can utilise this workshop as a refresher course on the basics, as well as an overall introduction to the CAMEL⁺ platform.

The training session includes an understanding of the foundations of heat load calculations, along with how to use each screen in the CAMEL⁺ platform, and the most effective ways to analyse results.

There will be an interactive Q&A session after the workshop, course summary notes and a CPD Certificate for the five hours of training completed.

Attendees of this first workshop are encouraged to register for the second CAMEL⁺ training module which will be held the following fortnight on the 1st of March. During workshop two we will build upon the knowledge gained in workshop one, and cover worked example projects to strengthen your understanding of key concepts.

The user interface for HYENA⁺ is much cleaner and more user friendly than the UI used for the original HYENA program. This makes the experience more enjoyable, easy, and less taxing when using the program for long periods of time. HYENA is an excellent tool to have and its now web-based nature with HYENA⁺ has allowed it to become even more beneficial.

Moving to a cloud based platform has improved the overall performance of the software. It just works like an Excel Sheet, where you can copy items and paste them somewhere else.
