A key challenge we face with CAMEL+Cnect is the variability in the quality and accuracy of architectural models. We understand that what you want to include for heat load calculations may differ from what the architect has modelled. That’s why we are detecting and pre-filling inputs, whilst giving you the option to review and override the detected values within our custom-designed Revit user interface before importing into CAMEL+.

This month, we’ve focused on implementing features that provide flexibility in modifying detected Revit data for your load calculations. You’ll be able to add, edit, and reposition windows, as well as freely edit and consolidate detected window, wall, and roof types to match your design requirements.

HYENA+ Consolidated User Data Update

The user interface for HYENA⁺ is much cleaner and more user friendly than the UI used for the original HYENA program. This makes the experience more enjoyable, easy, and less taxing when using the program for long periods of time. HYENA is an excellent tool to have and its now web-based nature with HYENA⁺ has allowed it to become even more beneficial.
