HYENA+ Update: Consolidated User Data - ACADS-BSG

This month, we’ve introduced a key update to HYENA⁺ affecting the User Data screen, where designers input custom pipe materials and fittings.

Previously, each user had their own unique User Data list, which could lead to issues if custom materials or fittings weren’t synced across all users in a company.

In response to customer feedback, we’ve now transitioned to a company-wide, consolidated User Data list, accessible to all users under your company account. Identical entries from individual user lists have been merged, and new “Created By” and “Updated By” columns indicate who created or last updated each entry.

If you haven’t done so already, we recommend reviewing your company’s consolidated User Data list, deleting any unnecessary entries, and ensuring there are no conflicting items with the same Code. Note that invalid User Data can prevent your calculation from running.

The user interface for HYENA⁺ is much cleaner and more user friendly than the UI used for the original HYENA program. This makes the experience more enjoyable, easy, and less taxing when using the program for long periods of time.
